Those are some impressive stats! So, the question is, do these claims ring true? I have been trying the collagen for a few weeks now, and here are my opinions on Youthology and some extra info to keep you informed.
The Collagen
The collagen powder is creamy-white in colour and has the slightest odour to it, which is not too potent. I really enjoyed the powder in coffee and hot chocolate, where I found it to be tasteless.
When tried it in a cooler drink, I got the tiniest taste of chicken (almost like chicken soup). The powder would go great in other drinks and foods too; such as smoothies, scrambled eggs, stews, and soups, to name a few.
My Experience Thus Far…
I started taking the collagen powder a few weeks ago and have noticed growth in my nails – this has been the most noticeable change, my nails have grown very long very fast and are exceptionally strong. Growth has also been noticeable, albeit slight, in my hair.
Another change I have seen in myself is my energy levels. A benefit I was not expecting and it took me by surprise. I have more energy and my mood seems to have improved – an added bonus which is most welcome!
