Ayanda Majola
I first come to know about Yanda Cosmetics and its founder, Ayanda Majola through an interview piece on HEYBOO. I was interested in the brand and decided to message Ayanda on Instagram which led me to this product review. Yanda Cosmetic started in the mid of a pandemic in March 2021. The brand started with lipglosses and has evolved since it launched. Today the skincare brand offers serums, lip masks, and face mist products for all skin types.
I was gifted with three products from the Yanda Cosmetics range, these included the 1% Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin B5 – Hydra Boost Serum, a Lip Mask, and their Hydrating Face Mist. Each product has its purpose and I enjoyed trying them out over three weeks. In this review, I will be discussing the ingredients and providing details into my experience using the brand’s products.

Hydra Boost Serum
Yanda Cosmetics has three different serums available, each of which has its unique properties and benefits. I tried out the Hydra Boost Serum. The serum comes in a small 30ml serum bottle that is made out of glass. This hydrating facial serum is lightweight and left my skin leaving moisturized and fresh. The serum is designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines, plums and also helps with dryness and dull skin.
The product has various ingredients however the main ones consist of Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B5. Hyaluronic Acid helps with maintaining a youthful look and the Vitamin B5 leaves your skin feeling smooth, soft, and looking healthy. Other ingredients include Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice and Glycerin.
The Pink Lip Mask
When I first received the mask I was quite excited to try it as I have never used one before. I was surprised by the cool sensation of the lip mask when I first applied it to my lips I was surprised by the sensation of the lip mask on my lips. The mask is infused with seven natural ingredients which provide hydration and help with cracked lips.
Rose Water and Niacinamide Hydrating Face Mist
I wear makeup daily so the hydrating face mist became a part of my everyday make-up routine. The product can be used as a toner or a setting spray. I used it as a setting spray and applied it on my face after completing my make-up. The niacinamide element helps minimize pores and even skin tone. The mist is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and is suitable for all skin types.
